Reproduction of the original tailgate panel for 1947-53 Chevrolet pickup truck models. Each tail gate is manufactured in stamped steel to original factory specifications featuring correct contours for an authentic appearance and fit. Manufactured from 16 gauge electro-galvanized steel, each tailgate features welded construction, accurate bends and dimensions for a perfect fit to replace the damaged or rusted original. Note: This tailgate does not feature chain latch brackets for custom latch applications. Comes in black EDP coating for rust and corrosion prevention.
